She took the $6 million dollar judgment against her all the way to the Supreme Court of Texas just to lose to legendary legal lion, Randy Turner, and renowned bat expert, Amanda Lollar yet AGAIN. God, it must suck to be Mary Cummins.
Mary Cummins ridiculous attempt to have her case heard by the Supreme Court was met with disdain by the SCOT. The court referred to her Petition for Review as a “Miscellaneous Motion” and the status of that meaningless document – DENIED. Because Mary Cummins NEVER learns from her mistakes – ever – she also filed an Amended Petition, thinking she could do better, (uh, no) and what did the Supreme Court reply to her Amended Petition for Review – DENIED. Ha, ha. No surprise there, huh, folks? In usual form Mary Cummins has promised to file more papers Monday, August 31st, 2015. Imbecile.
Now let’s look at the Twitter storm in which Mary Cummins is involved since learning that she has NOwhere to turn in her trumped up, “Freedom of Speech, the judge is too old, they should not have jurisdiction over me because no one should”, verbal rampage. Frankly, I can't stop laughing at Cummins’ ignorance.

It only takes one justice to request a response from the respondent (you know, the other side, the winners). The fact that the court did not request a response from legal giant Randy Turner or bat expert Amanda Lollar means that nine justices read your petition and not one of the nine cared enough about your rant to even be interested in how Turner and Lollar might respond to it. They won hands down; no argument. In other words, it was not even close.
And where is Cummins Freedom of Speech lawyer, Paul Levy of Public Citizen, who Cummins claims “completely supports” her? And what about David Casselman who Cummins claims is the “foremost animal rights attorney” in the U.S.? You remember Casselman, the nasty piece of workwho spoke out against Amanda Lollar without even reviewing her stellar accomplishments or reading the trial transcript. Amanda Lollar pioneered the rehabilitation of bats and Randy Turner has NEVER lost an animal rights case in over 33 years and his record stands all the way to the Supreme Court.

Mary Cummins Faces Jail Time
Well, well, well….Mary Cummins of Animal Advocates (one in the same), Cummins Real Estate Appraisals (not a r-e-a-l company according to Scummins) and Cummins Real Estate Services (yet another business name associated with Mary Cummins that is not a r-e-a-l company according to her) has really done it this time. The ever popular INDIGENT real estate ‘wizard’ who does not even know what a mechanic’s lien is, is at it again railing about the injustice of it all and how her life is ruined because she owes a mere $7,800,000 and counting ($25K per month interest on that $6M judgment).

Stay with me here folks because this is going to be fun; I promise. Before I go further, what is wrong with the LA Business Journal that they are printing out awards for businesses that are not actually businesses at all? At least that is what Mary Cummins has stated in court documents in 2 different states. Mary Cummins claims she does not have a bank account, does not own any businesses (I bet the people who have paid her to do real estate appraisals will be interested in that fact), and she does not own a car (how on earth does she get to her real estate appointments?). Mary Cummins is the recipient of the LA Business Journal Latino Business Woman Award for 2014 and Cummins Real Estate Services also received a like award in 2014. Oh, I forgot, you BUY those awards and pay to go to the luncheon at the Millenium Biltmore. This is just another tidbit of what the legal types were talking about in legal docs. Anyway, back to what is going on at present…
Animal Advocates: Interestingly the so-called non-profit that Mary Cummins started seems to own a car and pay rent but not rent for themselves as Mary Cummins claims she is “too injured to care for wildlife.” Yes, apparently Mary Cummins is living off of a non-profit. She has them pay her RENT in Bel Air!!!!! I mean don’t all indigents live in Bel Air, one of the richest communities in the United States? Oh, and do not all non-profits that exist on a mere $8,000 per year on average pay in excess of $2,000 per month rent on an $850,000 house? Oh it gets better…
The IDIOT, malcontent Cummins has the non-profit pay for a USDA license for her even though she is prohibited from doing educational programs and exhibiting animals! The state of California Fish and Wildlife Department just said “NO” to Mary Cummins having a license because she has abused too many animals and lied too often on her paperwork. Cummins even reported caring for a “non-releasable” animal she had reported being DEAD more than 3 years earlier! I promise the FOIA of her CADFW records is eye-opening. Then as the CADFW repeatedly DENIED her license she threatened to sue them. I guess she did not comprehend the MOU she had to sign in order to get a rehabber license 3 years ago. She even said she was consulting with her attorney on the matter. Where on earth does Mary Cummins secure an attorney when she has stated for over 5 years that she cannot afford one? The really funny part about all this is that Mary Cummins actually believes that people believe this BS. I am sure CADFW can write a book on her by now. As you can imagine THE FOIA WAS JUST ONE LIE AFTER ANOTHER. She even told them she has had a perfect record with the USDA for 11 years! Say what? Scummins just got her USDA license in 2011 because Amanda Lollar of Bat World Sanctuary fame had one. We all know she desperately tries to copy Amanda Lollar but she is just too far beneath the illustrious Ms. Lollar to even hold the dust pan that scoops up guano. So she has a perfect record with the USDA and has this license that she cannot use, paying some $50 a year for it which is more mis-use of a non-profit’s assets or is Animal Advocates Mary Cummins personal money laundering service? Oh, I just remembered, the last time the USDA did an inspection on Cummins they noted, are you ready?, that she had NO ANIMALS. Ha, ha, ha.
Now to the really juicy stuff…Mary Cummins has put the following on her professional web pages: “If you don't like what I've posted here and get your panties wadded up in a bunch and want to sue me, go right ahead. I will file an anti-SlAPP motion and you'll owe at least $20,000 in legal fees.” NOTE: Uhhhhh, This is on her professional page? I'd certainly think twice about hiring anyone with THAT written on their page, and LOL, besides, no one has to worry about her ridiculous anti-SLAPP motion because, according to court documents, every time she has filed one she has LOST!
Cummins: “I have been sued twice before for defamation. I represented myself both times and won. The first was Ashton Technology, Fredric Rittereiser vs Mary Cummins. The second was Kathy Knight-McConnell vs Mary Cummins.” NOTE: Uhhhhh, no, Scumdum Cummins cannot count. She has been sued 5 TIMES for defamation and she has NEVER won. The cases she references were dismissed for lack of jurisdiction, meaning, the people suing her had a great case and could prove Cummins defamed them but because this was around 12 years ago and states had not caught up on jurisdiction as it pertains to the Internet (but they have now), the cases were dismissed. Cummins merely weaseled out of them on a technicality since the suing parties did not have jurisdiction. I do believe that is a Charlie Sheen type of ‘winning’; winning only in one’s own mind.
Cummins: “I'm currently involved in another case which is in appeal. As usual I report evil people to authorities to prevent others from being ripped off or abused.” NOTE: OMG, OMG, OMG! There is NOTHING in Appeal because Amanda Lollar, Bat World Sanctuary and Randy Turner cleaned her skanky clock and not only did they win the appeal but when she filed with the Supreme Court of TX, they DENIED Cummins’ petition. What a loser. Furthermore, remember that “Ow, I am stupid and cannot step up on a Rubbermaid stock room step without hitting my barely haired head personal injury lawsuit?” Well, that case was DISMISSED by Judge Terry Means in September, 2015. LOL, Loser! You would think when you lose about 100 motions, you lose in the circuit, superior, appellate and supreme courts of the land, in 2 different states, that you would say, “Okay, it is me and I need to correct my evil ways” but no, not the IDIOT Cummins. She keeps doing what she does and keeps expecting a different result. Okay, all together now, “that is the definition of insanity.” But wait, there’s more…

Before I go further, what is wrong with the LA Business Journal that they are printing out awards for businesses that are not actually businesses at all? At least that is what Mary Cummins has stated in court documents in 2 different states. Mary Cummins claims she does not have a bank account, does not own any businesses (I bet the people who have paid her to do real estate appraisals will be interested in that fact), and she does not own a car (how on earth does she get to her real estate appointments?). Mary Cummins is the recipient of the LA Business Journal Latino Business Woman Award for 2014 and Cummins Real Estate Services also received a like award in 2014. Oh, I forgot, you BUY those awards and pay to go to the luncheon at the Millenium Biltmore. This is just another tidbit of what the legal types were talking about in legal docs. Anyway, back to what is going on at present…
Animal Advocates: Interestingly the so-called non-profit that Mary Cummins started seems to own a car and pay rent but not rent for themselves as Mary Cummins claims she is “too injured to care for wildlife.” Yes, apparently Mary Cummins is living off of a non-profit. She has them pay her RENT in Bel Air!!!!! I mean don’t all indigents live in Bel Air, one of the richest communities in the United States? Oh, and do not all non-profits that exist on a mere $8,000 per year on average pay in excess of $2,000 per month rent on an $850,000 house? Oh it gets better…
The IDIOT, malcontent Cummins has the non-profit pay for a USDA license for her even though she is prohibited from doing educational programs and exhibiting animals! The state of California Fish and Wildlife Department just said “NO” to Mary Cummins having a license because she has abused too many animals and lied too often on her paperwork. Cummins even reported caring for a “non-releasable” animal she had reported being DEAD more than 3 years earlier! I promise the FOIA of her CADFW records is eye-opening. Then as the CADFW repeatedly DENIED her license she threatened to sue them. I guess she did not comprehend the MOU she had to sign in order to get a rehabber license 3 years ago. She even said she was consulting with her attorney on the matter. Where on earth does Mary Cummins secure an attorney when she has stated for over 5 years that she cannot afford one? The really funny part about all this is that Mary Cummins actually believes that people believe this BS. I am sure CADFW can write a book on her by now. As you can imagine THE FOIA WAS JUST ONE LIE AFTER ANOTHER. She even told them she has had a perfect record with the USDA for 11 years! Say what? Scummins just got her USDA license in 2011 because Amanda Lollar of Bat World Sanctuary fame had one. We all know she desperately tries to copy Amanda Lollar but she is just too far beneath the illustrious Ms. Lollar to even hold the dust pan that scoops up guano. So she has a perfect record with the USDA and has this license that she cannot use, paying some $50 a year for it which is more mis-use of a non-profit’s assets or is Animal Advocates Mary Cummins personal money laundering service? Oh, I just remembered, the last time the USDA did an inspection on Cummins they noted, are you ready?, that she had NO ANIMALS. Ha, ha, ha.
Now to the really juicy stuff…Mary Cummins has put the following on her professional web pages: “If you don't like what I've posted here and get your panties wadded up in a bunch and want to sue me, go right ahead. I will file an anti-SlAPP motion and you'll owe at least $20,000 in legal fees.” NOTE: Uhhhhh, This is on her professional page? I'd certainly think twice about hiring anyone with THAT written on their page, and LOL, besides, no one has to worry about her ridiculous anti-SLAPP motion because, according to court documents, every time she has filed one she has LOST!
Cummins: “I have been sued twice before for defamation. I represented myself both times and won. The first was Ashton Technology, Fredric Rittereiser vs Mary Cummins. The second was Kathy Knight-McConnell vs Mary Cummins.” NOTE: Uhhhhh, no, Scumdum Cummins cannot count. She has been sued 5 TIMES for defamation and she has NEVER won. The cases she references were dismissed for lack of jurisdiction, meaning, the people suing her had a great case and could prove Cummins defamed them but because this was around 12 years ago and states had not caught up on jurisdiction as it pertains to the Internet (but they have now), the cases were dismissed. Cummins merely weaseled out of them on a technicality since the suing parties did not have jurisdiction. I do believe that is a Charlie Sheen type of ‘winning’; winning only in one’s own mind.
Cummins: “I'm currently involved in another case which is in appeal. As usual I report evil people to authorities to prevent others from being ripped off or abused.” NOTE: OMG, OMG, OMG! There is NOTHING in Appeal because Amanda Lollar, Bat World Sanctuary and Randy Turner cleaned her skanky clock and not only did they win the appeal but when she filed with the Supreme Court of TX, they DENIED Cummins’ petition. What a loser. Furthermore, remember that “Ow, I am stupid and cannot step up on a Rubbermaid stock room step without hitting my barely haired head personal injury lawsuit?” Well, that case was DISMISSED by Judge Terry Means in September, 2015. LOL, Loser! You would think when you lose about 100 motions, you lose in the circuit, superior, appellate and supreme courts of the land, in 2 different states, that you would say, “Okay, it is me and I need to correct my evil ways” but no, not the IDIOT Cummins. Mary Cummins & David Casselman, Peas in a Pod
Mary Cummins, Animal Advocates and attorney David Casselman, Elephants in Crisis. So where are they when the Ringling Brothers elephants need so much help?????? There is undercover video and documented proof that the Ringling Brothers and Barnum and Bailey elephants have been victims of the worse animal abuse imaginable. Baby elephants are forced to stand on a concrete floor for about 23 hours a day for up to six months, unable to lie down or even turn around. The babies are torn away from their mothers just to have electric prods used on them while their mothers are horrifically beaten into submission for the slightest disobedience. Undercover investigators have stated that the elephants scream with pain.
Yet lying Mary Cummins is out there posting all over the Internet about how “Ringling Bros retiring all circus elephants this May two years early. They're doing it for financial reasons because some cities like Los Angeles, have banned bullhooks and animal acts. Our hard work and the work of many other animal rights groups over many years is finally paying off! Persistence!”
Say what?! The elephants are remaining with Ringling Brothers out of the prying eyes of the authorities and the public! At Ringling’s grandiosely named Center for Elephant Conservation (CEC), elephants will no doubt still be chained on a daily basis, be forced to breed, be deprived of opportunities to interact and socialize normally, and continue to live in fear of being hit with bullhooks. Ringling has also been known to experiment on elephants at the facility and to sell them. This is not a win for the elephants, yet the moronic Cummins is boasting that it is.
So what has Mary Cummins done for these animals? As usual – NOTHING. What has Mary Cummins friend and advocate, mega wealthy attorney David Casselman, who owns Elephants in Crisis and boasts a 1M acre Cambodian Wildlife Sanctuary preserve, done for these poor elephants? Apparently NOTHING. Boy, no wonder the Supreme Court disagreed with David Casselman and upheld the $6 million dollar judgment Lollar was awarded against Mary Cummins. David Casselman has proved he belongs in the company of Mary Cummins – liar, cyberbully, cyberstalking, animal abusing troll who has been repeatedly reprimanded by California Department of Fish and Wildlife.
Do a Public Information Act Request to the CADFW and read how Mary Cummins constantly lied about the animals in her ‘care’. She reported taking care and rehabbing animals that she previously stated (in official documents) were DEAD. That is about the limit of Mary Cummins’ rehabilitating skills; she plays with dead animals and pretends they are alive. What a sicko.

Does that mean David Casselman is as guilty of like actions as the malicious Mary Cummins? Be aware the Supreme Court of Texas, the court of last resort, upheld a $6M plus $25,000 per month interest judgment against Mary Cummins in favor of Amanda Lollar of Bat World Sanctuary, the woman Mary Cummins appallingly attacked and the same woman David Casselman tried to harm by writing an Amicus letter to the appellate courts supporting Mary Cummins!!! What was the appellate courts reply? An unprecedented 76 page decision outlining how renowned animal rights attorney, Randy Turner, and celebrated two-time Indianapolis prize nominee, Amanda Lollar, by law did not have to prove malicious defamation BUT THEY DID. By law they did not have to do this or that BUT THEY DID; over and over and over again Turner proved that Mary Cummins’ actions against Amanda Lollar were “egregious, malicious and intentional”. You know what a 76 page appellate decision means? The lawsuit is bullet proof against reversal because Mary Cummins and David Casselman are malevolent defamers.
It is bad enough that Mary Cummins is out there taking credit for every positive thing that hard working, dedicated people have accomplished concerning animals (while she does nothing but as she so often states, “lay on my back”), but for David Casselman to not move heaven and earth to make certain these poor elephants went to the best of elephant sanctuaries, is despicable. He has the money, he has the resources to battle it out in court and he even has an elephant sanctuary! I guess David Casselman has proved himself to be disgraceful by writing an Amicus letter for Mary Cummins without apparently ever reading the entire trial file, or calling Randy Turner or Amanda Lollar for that matter. Remember it is Amanda Lollar who has been likened to renowned primate specialist and advocate, Jane Goodall, another Indianapolis Prize nominee. Hell, it looks like David Casselman never even contacted any of the licensing authorities that inspected Bat World Sanctuary and gave the sanctuary a glowing review. I even read where they referred to the sanctuary as the “gold star of sanctuaries”. Boy, talk about 2 peas in a pod-Mary Cummins and David Casselman. Apparently neither one of them check their facts before opening their mouths. Bat World is the ONLY accredited sanctuary and the largest rehabilitation/teaching sanctuary in the world that is solely dedicated to bats.
Well, followers of the dark, dank world of Mary Cummins this brings us to the close of yet another update on the skanky Ms. Cummins and yet another chance to feel anger about her lies as well as the false impression her defaming friend, Attorney David Casselman, tried to give to the courts. The only upside is that we all get to laugh at her lack of any skill set whatsoever.

Could it be Mary Cummins’ fascination with this case is because of her own $6 million dollar judgment against her???
Don’t you find it odd that Mary Cummins is posting about another $6M legal issue? I mean why? Scummy Cummy has her own $6 million dollar judgment against her. Shouldn’t she be concentrating on paying that down? She claims it is a “financial death sentence”. Public figure, Mary Cummins, posted a letter from Ed Boks, with the city of Los Angeles, supposedly to prove her value as an ‘employee’. LOL. So Cummins wants us to believe this is a letter affirming her "talents".
OMG. Remember Cummins sued the city of LA just a few months later for being FIRED from her volunteer position for poor performance and for causing dissension among city employees (read the court document). This is the same Ed Boks, whose signature appears on this “letter of recommendation”, whom Cummins charged with sexual harassment!!!! She also said Boks was drunk most of the time. (NOTE: Her words, not mine).
So this man, who Cummins claims is a drunk and a lech when she needs easy money from a settlement, is the best of the best when she wants a Letter of Recommendation (which I imagine she wrote herself for his signature)? Although he did recommend her as a cage cleaner so maybe it is legitimate. We all know Cummins is a good candidate to smear poop all over the place, after all, she is obsessed with the stuff and she did say urine and guano rained down into her mouth when she was at a wild bat sanctuary and oddly enough it did not bother her. On July 27, 2015 Mary Cummins proclaimed on her Facebook page that she is a “news personality”. Amateur psychologists speculate that she may have suffered a psychotic episode and now actually believes she is a celebrity television newscaster named “Trixie.”
This unemployed cyber troll has also begun hilariously calling herself an “investigative reporter.” The majority of her victims, however, say these are obviously farcical attempts to look like a member of the “media,” as if such a self-designations will somehow magically transform her legal status as a prolific defamer and give her greater legal protection against future defamation lawsuits. In other words, “If I call myself a ‘news personality’ and an ‘investigative reporter’ then I will be a ‘media defendant’ the next time I get sued for defamation.”
This is consistent with Mary Cummins’ laughable disclaimer on her defamatory blogs stating, “Everything is the truth to the best of my knowledge…the rest is my personal opinion and belief…these are items of public interest and concern…everything is public information,” etc., as if such self-serving declarations somehow immunize her from liability for defamation. Let's just break down what is really going on with this statement of/by/for Mary Cummins on her fake Facebook animal "advocate" page. "We are still totally full as are most other rehabbers." Translation: Mary Cummins is too caught up in multiple lawsuits against her to function as an animal rescuer. Note that she is telling people to read her 'manual for squirrels'. What about the other animals they find? What about giving people contact information for other rehabbers or her 'volunteers' so injured and orphaned animals do not have to suffer while individuals try to find help? What about the fact that she is instructing the general public to rehab without any licenses or protective rabies vaccine? "Mary Cummins is still out of commission waiting for back surgery." Translation: Mary Cummins is too lazy to do anything. Does she think no one keeps track? She has been "awaiting back surgery for 5 years!!!!! Here's a clue, Mary, the jig is up about the phoney problems with your back. Even free health insurance does not make you wait 5 years.

Well, well, well. Apparently Mary Cummins has been committing outlandish donor fraud, fraud upon the courts, and perjury. According to a recent court document, this ridiculous excuse for a human has been using her non-profit organization Animal Advocates as a personal piggy bank!
And I quote “Funds which were donated to this“non-profit” organization have been used by Defendant to purchase such things as services at a weight loss clinic, lip plumping, a financial advisor, liquor, haircuts, fast food, real estate expenses, an actress listing for Mary Cummins in IMDB, ancestry.com, peoplefinder.com, and personal legal expenses. The records show that Defendant uses Animal Advocates as a veritable piggy bank to siphon off funds that were intended by donors to go to a tax-exempt, non-profit organization.”

Many seem confused by who, or more importantly, what Mary Cummins is so let me give my take on that subject. I guess I will have to bullet point because Scummy Cummy Mary Cummins fills a few areas with her skanky self. However, let’s jump ahead to this week’s happenings and Mary Cummins’ miserably FAILED attempt to dupe the Texas courts.
Mary Cummins filed somewhere in the neighborhood of 1,000 pages of evidence (or what she calls evidence) with her Motion to Dismiss the latest in the ongoing string of DEFAMATION lawsuits against her. The IDIOT Mary Cummins has a $6 MILLION dollar judgment against her for her “egregious as well as malicious as well as intentional defamation” of famed, world renowned bat expert, Amanda Lollar of Bat World Sanctuary. And now Lollar has slapped another defamation lawsuit against the moronic Mary Cummins’ because stupid, stupid, stupid Mary Cummins reposted all of her old defamation from the $6 Mil lawsuit PLUS even more defamation!!!! Who is that dumb? Worse, listen to this, she stated that the “Appellate court told me to do it.” That remark is right up there with one of her others, “The entire LAPD told me to shoot her (Lollar) on sight.” BTW, that $6 Mil judgment has been upheld by the SUPREME COURT! That is how bad Cummins’ defamation was and is.

According to the grapevine, the courtroom was full to capacity. The judge even thought there was more on his docket that afternoon but no, everyone was there to hear the ridiculous rantings of a malicious cyberstalker, Mary Cummins. The result of her Motion to Dismiss with its massive 1,000 pages of evidence – DENIED!
• For all intents and purposes Mary Cummins appears to be a barely functioning moron. Meaning, she gets up, she gets dressed, she eats and then spends endless hours on the Internet (drooling on the keyboard) trying to become a “member of the media” because, as a mouth-breathing IDIOT, she does not comprehend that she cannot reinvent herself at this stage of the game nor are you a “member of the media” just because you take stories that are already well publicized in the news and repost them with your comments.

She used those dollars on her own personal expenses just like she has used Animal Advocates non-profit status to hide her personal spending habits. Animal Advocates is nothing more than a piggy bank for the deceitful Mary Cummins. What self-proclaimed indigent person rehabs animals anyway? What honest person would even consider duping people out of their hard earned money; people who love animals and want to help them. What kind of a person does this? Right, the nasty, self-serving, animal abusing, non-profit fraud Mary Cummins.

Scummy Cummy MaryCumminsis going after Rebecca Dmytryk, a real animal rescue organization unlike Mary Cummins’ problem riddled Animal Advocates.Animal Advocates has been cited NUMEROUS times by CADFW for violations of the Animal Welfare Act, LYING about the animals in her possession (apparently reporting having rehabbed animals she already reported as DEAD), LYING on official reports, violations of the MOU she signed, etc. It is also Mary Cummins who was REFUSED an educational license for various violations.The Vice President of her organization, MaryEllen Schoeman, had her USDA license CANCELLED forviolations!!!
So how does the despicable Mary Cummins try to take the spotlight off of her donor fraud riddenorganization, Animal Advocates, to detract from her illegal activities? She attacks other popular, well-known, well-respected organizations with the same cry she has been using year in and year out – “they have been stalking, harassing and defaming me for years!” LOL. OMG, she is so predictable. This is the same person who is trying to reinvent herself as a ‘investigative reporter’. (Can you stop laughing to read on? I can hardly type I am laughing so hard). I think the count of how many times Mary Cummins has made this ridiculous statement about others is on famed animalrights attorney, Randy Turner’s page. There is a list of the people Mary Cummins has accused of “stalking, harassing and defaming me” and I do believe at last count it was something like 37 (a conservative count for sure). However if you make this select group you are among the higher intellect, accomplished individuals – judges, justices, lawyers, doctors, philanthropists, veterinarians and of course, animal care professionals.
What else has the below average intellect Mary Cummins had to say about Rebecca Dmytryk? Oh yes, Scummins stated that Wildlife Rescue Emergency Services is a fakeorganization. Say what? I don’t think so. Wildlifeservices.org is an IRS registered 501c(3) in GOOD standing whereas Mary Cummins’ Animal Advocates is a front for nefarious activities. Cummins has yet to publish her 990 filings for 2014 and 2015 (I guess she is still trying to figure out how she can justify her manipulations of their finances). You will note on Animal Advocates website it is mostly Mary Cummins herself who is promoted on that site as well as her real estate business. She also includes her PERSONAL lawsuit information on the site except she FAILS to state that she has lost every single case.
Well, followers of the dark, dank world of Mary Cummins aka Mary Cobb (her birth name), who likes to put in court documents, “This judgement is in the name of “Mary Cummins.” That is not the name of the bank accounts or financial documents. This judgment is only to “Mary Cummins.” The judgment is not in the name of a social security number. The social security number was never in the name of Defendant.” “Mary Cummins isn’t even my real or legal name.” Yes, Mary, we know because you are a deceiver, a liar, a scammer, a liar, a forger, a liar, a defamer, a liar and oh yes, you are guilty of perjury aka lying in court. Just when you think the Malignant Queen of the Absurd and Ridiculous could not sink any lower, behold the revelation presented to the courts……..PERJURY, FRAUD, MISUSE of a NON-PROFIT’S ASSETS, MONEY LAUNDERING, Using a NON-PROFIT as a “SHELL” for NEFARIOUS ACTIVITIES, DONOR FRAUD, CO-MINGLING of FUNDS, MISREPRESENTATION to obtain GRANT FUNDING, ABUSE of the COURT SYSTEM, INSURANCE FRAUD (Medi-Cal) and it was suggested Cummins will be charged with federal crimes as well.

Others that may be or should be added to the list of accomplices, based on their support of Mary Cummins either through their own ignorance or lack of proper vetting, would be attorney David Casselman of Elephants in Crisis and Paul Alan Levy of Public Citizen. Shame on those who had the education and resources to know better and do better but instead deliberately chose to support the guilty Mary Cummins and punish the innocent.
Wait, it gets better!!! I swear it actually gets better. BEFORE Judge Robert Hess, CA Superior Court, heard the motions and RULED on them the very same day to DENY Cummins’ attempts to keep her financial records from those legally entitled to have them, the roach Scummins scampered about desperately trying to squirm her way out of her predicament of having all of her lies, abuses and fraud exposed, so she actually submitted 2 MORE MOTIONS to the judge, the very same day, trying to get him to change his mind before he ruled. LMAO. How stupid can one person, er roach, be? I mean seriously. You were just admonished in court by the judge for using a non-profit for personal gain and your response is to irritate him more???? I love it. I absolutely love Scummins’ lack of intellect, lack of common sense and the fact she was not only found out but every bit of black and white proof was given to back up every statement. Do not miss reading a word of the attached documents. They are that entertaining. Look at the Paypal records. Cummins was working and billing clients through Paypal in order to hide assets from the courts and commit insurance fraud. Check out the fact that she DONATED $3,500 to Animal Advocates after declaring herself indigent in both Texas and CA courts!

IMPORTANT! Animal Advocates Los Angeles, Mary Cummins, Cummins Real Estate Appraisals…Hot off this month’s LA Superior Court system document images. Mary Cummins gets nailed as the vexatious, lying, conniving, threatening, despicable creature that she is. Here it is in all its glory, Mary Cummins’ 6th?, 7th?, 8th? attempt to QUASH subpoenas for her financial records and those of her supposed non-profit Animal Advocates. I say supposed because according to what I have uncovered Animal Advocates does not have any animals, they do not have any location since they are no longer at 858 N. Beverly Glen Blvd, Los Angeles, but they continue to solicit donations. How is this possible you say? Furthermore, why would anyone want to quash the records of a non-profit UNLESS there was illegal activity?
As recently as this month, in support of the continuing fight to collect on the $6M judgment upheld by the Supreme Court of Texas, Bat World’s collection attorney’s made a brilliant case against Mary Cummins.
Page 3, Line 17: “In addition to her bad-faith filing tactics, Defendant CUMMINS also has proven herself to be a habitual liar, with respect to statements made by her in her pleadings. Her actions are tantamount to the perfectly fit individual who swoops in and takes a handicap parking space from a deserving individual. The person who gets Welfare just to purchase a single grape at the checkout, collect the rest of the Welfare money in cash to spend on their personal pleasures while we, the taxpayers, foot the bill. We have all seen the abuses and it is my belief after delving into the cesspool known as Mary Cummins for several years that all evidence points towards Mary Cummins being one of “those people”. I mean, come on, who announces they can barely move, they are awaiting ‘back surgery’ for this horrible injury they sustained, brings a personal injury lawsuit against the very people who have a $6 MILLION dollar judgment against them and then is still announcing they are “awaiting surgery” 6 (SIX) years later? Back surgery is an immediate need not a ‘when-I-get-around-to-it’ activity. Oh, let us not forget, in that same PI lawsuit, when counsel for Bat World sought Cummins’ medical records and financial records Cummins immediately dropped the suit! (I guess her back got better very quickly when she realized the exposure she would receive). What was her reason? As feeble as ever, (paraphrased) “Randy Turner (counsel for Bat World) made my elderly doctor cry.” Say what? The suit was active for 2 years but when it came to opposing party getting her financial records – all bets were off. When it came to their getting medical records Cummins specifically crossed out every reference to communicable diseases, venereal disease and gynecological records! That is all telling in itself. I wonder what the records showed concerning Cummins’ plastic surgeries?
