Scummy Cummy MaryCumminsis going after Rebecca Dmytryk, a real animal rescue organization unlike Mary Cummins’ problem riddled Animal Advocates.Animal Advocates has been cited NUMEROUS times by CADFW for violations of the Animal Welfare Act, LYING about the animals in her possession (apparently reporting having rehabbed animals she already reported as DEAD), LYING on official reports, violations of the MOU she signed, etc. It is also Mary Cummins who was REFUSED an educational license for various violations.The Vice President of her organization, MaryEllen Schoeman, had her USDA license CANCELLED forviolations!!!
So how does the despicable Mary Cummins try to take the spotlight off of her donor fraud riddenorganization, Animal Advocates, to detract from her illegal activities? She attacks other popular, well-known, well-respected organizations with the same cry she has been using year in and year out – “they have been stalking, harassing and defaming me for years!” LOL. OMG, she is so predictable. This is the same person who is trying to reinvent herself as a ‘investigative reporter’. (Can you stop laughing to read on? I can hardly type I am laughing so hard). I think the count of how many times Mary Cummins has made this ridiculous statement about others is on famed animalrights attorney, Randy Turner’s page. There is a list of the people Mary Cummins has accused of “stalking, harassing and defaming me” and I do believe at last count it was something like 37 (a conservative count for sure). However if you make this select group you are among the higher intellect, accomplished individuals – judges, justices, lawyers, doctors, philanthropists, veterinarians and of course, animal care professionals.
What else has the below average intellect Mary Cummins had to say about Rebecca Dmytryk? Oh yes, Scummins stated that Wildlife Rescue Emergency Services is a fakeorganization. Say what? I don’t think so. Wildlifeservices.org is an IRS registered 501c(3) in GOOD standing whereas Mary Cummins’ Animal Advocates is a front for nefarious activities. Cummins has yet to publish her 990 filings for 2014 and 2015 (I guess she is still trying to figure out how she can justify her manipulations of their finances). You will note on Animal Advocates website it is mostly Mary Cummins herself who is promoted on that site as well as her real estate business. She also includes her PERSONAL lawsuit information on the site except she FAILS to state that she has lost every single case.

This judgment is only to “Mary Cummins.” The judgment is not in the name of a social security number. The social security number was never in the name of Defendant.” “Mary Cummins isn’t even my real or legal name.” Yes, Mary, we know because you are a deceiver, a liar, a scammer, a liar, a forger, a liar, a defamer, a liar and oh yes, you are guilty of perjury aka lying in court.
